It is hard to visualize that Saddam Hussein owned a yacht, but he did. Recently, there was a square ruling that declared that his yacht Basra Breeze (formerly Ocean Breeze) is the acreage of the Iraqi Government after a Cayman island safe somewhat owned by King Abdullah of Jordan claimed possession.
